ABOUT US

OUR CHURCH

Pentecostal Deliverance Church Incorporated is a Church raised for the building of the body of Christ. In 1992, God commissioned His Servant, [Late] Pastor Sunday Akpan Udosen to take the message of deliverance to the world and all believers who were in captive and mourning so that their ashes will be replaced with beauty and spirit of heaviness with garment of praise. He carried this mandate with great zeal and commitment until August 2007 when he went to be with the Lord. He handed the baton over to his biological son, Pastor Aniefiok Udosen by ordination on June 17, 2007.

OUR LEAD PASTOR

Pastor Aniefiok Udosen is an ordained Minister of the gospel who functions in this generation as a teacher, preacher and mentor with varied ministerial exposure and experience. He's the General Overseer of Pentecostal Deliverance Church Incorporated. His programmes, "I NEED A TOUCH", "WE WILL WAR AND WIN", "GO AND CALL YOUR HUSBAND", "GOD OF SARAH PRAYER MEETING" and "SUCCESS UPON SUCCESS" has been a blessing to many lives. He is trained as a Chemical Engineer and happily married to Mama Goodness Udosen who is also a minister of the gospel. They are blessed with children.

OUR VISION/MISSION

To procure total deliverance from sin, bondage, failure and frustration to mankind, through the Word of God, Prayers, Prophecy, Worship and Righteousness, in order to develop them to Christ-like maturity and equip them for their Ministry in the Church and the World.

OUR BELIEFS

We believe in:

  • the trinity of persons in one God.
  • the virgin birth, sinless life, atoning death, triumphant resurrection, ascension and abiding intercession of the Lord Jesus Christ, His second coming and Millennial reign upon the earth.
  • justification and sanctification of the believer through the redemptive work of Christ.
  • the sacrament of baptism through immersion and of the Lord's Supper (Holy Communion) with emphasis on the power of the blood and body of Jesus at the communion table.
  • baptism of the Holy Spirit with evidence of speaking in tongues and signs following believers.
  • the nine gifts of the Holy Spirit for the spiritual and physical benefits of the body of Christ as well as the nine fruits of the Holy Spirit.
  • strong Church Government under the leadership of the local Pastor with the other four-fold ministries contributing to prepare the members of the Church for the building of the Church thereby attaining unity in the faith and knowledge of Jesus Christ, the Son of God and for the maturity of the Church to the full measure of the fullness of Christ.
  • the obligatory nature of tithes and offerings as the duty of every Christian.
  • prophecy interpretation and divine healing.

OUR CHURCH ARMS

Pentecostal Deliverance Church has the EXCELLENT MEN, GOODWILL WOMEN, PECULIAR YOUTH and ARROW TEENS Fellowships. Each Fellowship has been structured to function in line with the Church's Vision/Mission Statement.

The CHILDREN'S DEPARTMENT is another arm of the Church. This department is saddled with the responsibility of preparing our children for the life ahead of them. The Church also has the Choir, Ushering, Sunday School, Media, Sanctuary Keepers, Physical Facility, Evangelism, Welfare/Hospitality and Technical Units respectively.
