God doesn't commit His precious things to people He has not tested. Until God tests you, He cannot trust you with His treasures.
You must prove faithful in the unrighteous mammon - monetary issues. Most people fail this test. They lack discipline when it comes to money matters.
A lot of persons have misappropriated as well as stolen public and church funds put in their custody. They see nothing wrong with it. When you engage in stealing or abusing public or church funds, you attract the wrath and distrust of God.
